My impression of these "scientific conferences" is that for companies with ground breaking soon to be approved drugs, they get lots of attention. For the rest of them, it is simply a place to fool investors. ONCS can release their data at any time they want, and make just as much of a splash as they will at a conference. Its just the accepted and expected thing to release data at a conference, even though the only people that will care are the ones that are looking.
