I guarantee You that NTEK will go to the regular Nasdaq Listing when they reach the $5 dollar Per share Figure and hold it for a certain amount of time.

When that happens they will be reporting publicly ever 3 months with audited Results.

Also:
There will be a shareholders meeting that every shareholder can attend.

I believe this NTEK $5 dollar share price will happen during the middle of 2015 or not longer thereafter.
