Questions about the S1.

I impulse bought this stock on friday and still feel good about the potential. But after reading through the S1 stickied it seems the auditor wasnt so convinced of their current business.

They had a lot of going concern and potential for failure warnings. Is there an already established line of reasoning that negates that? Do they have other investors or something?

This smells very good, im just trying to understand the situation better and that S1 seemed pretty negative after glimpsing over it.
