Unfortunately an entereovirus is a non-envelope type viron. Unless Aethlon has developed some other type of affinity mechanism, the hemopurifier can only capture envelope type virus. The lectin based affinity agent attaches to the mannose structures on envelope virons.

Although this is my first post on IHUB, I have read this board for several years and I've appreciated the input from many of you. Up until two years ago, I was also a frequent poster on the Yahoo AEMD board. I've been invested in AEMD since 2006 and still have a substantial AEMD investment.
