Novium AG is the investment manager of QIF Malta 1 Limited, Paolo Bruckner is the owner of a majority of the voting shares of Novium AG, and Raul Cortes is the asset manager of QIF Malta 1 Limited. As a result, each of them may be deemed to have shared voting power and investment power over securities beneficially owned by QIF Malta 1 Limited and therefore may be deemed to be indirect beneficial owners of securities owned by it."
