An alert can come in different fashions. I'm not sure why the latest news was such a big deal, the market seems to agree.

It was just a PR about the 8-K.

Do you know why the CEO put it out? To try and pump the stock and so the note holders can sell, that's why. Classic move.

Easy to see that ERFB doesn't have the assets to pay off the huge amount of CDs so, the CEO has to find an alternative way to satisfy the holders.

I'm willing to be the OS is alot higher than most think.
