I believe that they are. I don't know any facts which is why I will not post certain things (as I never believe in messing with anyone's money other than my own). I just have reasons to believe that there is a lot going on behind the scenes. Again, this is just speculation on my part from different conversations that I have had from digging that I have done and from just being in the banking business for 20 years. I will not purchase any further shares of this stock as I already have quite a bit; however, I have my sell set at .01 and plan to sit on it for a few months longer. I bought all mine at .0001 so my feeling is that I am either going to lose the money I invested or I am going to make a sweet profit. As with all penny stocks, it's a gamble. This is one though that I risked a little more on than I would usually do in any of these type of stocks. Good luck!
