Well, Spec, I finally got around to loooking into ANYconnection between depressed share prices this month and anything to do with the business directly. Had I looked a bit more carefully at the 2nd qtr. rept. the first time around, I'd have seen there is a 130k note w/ 70k shares attached to it due in a half dozen increments this month. All due in September.

That is probably tied to the explanation I seek. After this note gets paid off, things don't look anywhere near so oprresive. I am curious to see now if the price rebounds in October back to where it had been previously.

I would be smart to grab of few of these cheaper shares as the company appears to be doing quite well otherwise.
