Also, I haven't heard of "depo gate" but using the word "gate" insinuates scandal.....

a better use of GATE in this case would be the revelation of something that looked really BAD for the Co founder.....as if the GATE to truth was finally opening on who was making the $$$$$, and how they kept it hush as long as possible by getting below that 5% mark....sometimes "it sucks" to have to wait for that score....

so if Gate = Revelation, no argument with that.....it certainly WAS a "Gate" to read and become enlightened......

and yeah, the juicy stuff came out first, SO WHAT???......but no gratitude at all for having to read through all that, gesh.....just complaining and accusations by those who wished it never came out, but never arguing against the content......what's THAT about?????

BTW, the GATE suffix could apply to about everything in this Co's history.....media-credit gate, Gately-Gate, The-Pitch-Gate, Winter-Gate, Trust-Fund-Gate, etc, etc.....it's like that game "between the sheets", just add the phrase to the end of almost any sentence for a good laugh......

If there is anyone to be POed about, it was all who knew this info months before we did......just like with Winter-Gate, and those who may have traded on all the numerous JBI-GATE items, while the common shareholder yet again sat in the dark wondering WTF was going on as their investment kept sinking.....

company was current at all times in its filings. If

it's not, it resets the clock. It sucks.
