The fact is the the market already knows the current Outstanding Share count in the billions is ALREADY much too high.

So the best question is when will JF quit selling shares to market ? He seems to enjoy the GZFX ATM for now.

Even if he quit today, the Outstanding share count formulas show that GZFX is extremely OVERvalued. Be it 4 or 7 billion shares O/S.

Let's say they get to 10 billion O/S's before the Reverse Split.

No matter what formula utilized, the current price is extremely overvalued because cost per subscriber is much too high.

25,000 subs by year end is the target. But even at 100,000 subs, the share price is much too high.

The numbers explain why this is headed well under a penny when the Q hits the wire.
