MAYBE IF I POST IN ALL CAPS AND IN COLOR IT WILL MAKE EVERYTHING MAGICALLY BETTER!!!!

Face it, we got shat on by the CEO. No real communications with the shareholders on his part. Anything would have been welcome. Maybe an explanation about the need for the A/S raise would have been nice. Instead he says this -
“We are disappointed by the lack of participation by our shareholders, especially by our main shareholder. This more than limited our options to raise capital; it effectively made it impossible,”

I am guessing the 'main shareholder" is the problem. I don't think he is really trying to blame the "little shareholders" (that would be us in case you weren't sure). Our votes really didn't matter as far as the A/S increase anyway because in the 10K it states - "Our articles of incorporation could be amended at any time by a small group of persons, who control over 50% of the our shares, to issue an unlimited number of common and preferred shares,"

Obviously, now we know that the company was in trouble because either it couldn't get the grants it needed, no one would lend the company money, or the much speculated hostile take-over. Or a mix of the above. It looks like an icrease in shares was the only way for VIIC to keep above the water line. I guess bankruptcy is the only way the CEO saw as a way out of the fix VIIC was in. Again any kind of communication would have been nice.

Read ITEM 1A—RISK FACTORS in the last 10K/A all this is there.
In hindsight, I really should have thoroughly read the 10K before investing in VIIC and not after I watched all my money run out the door LOL!

By the way, this all went down after a % 4,000 run. So those of us who were long and didn't at least take the original investment out when we had the chance, BOOO on us. VIIC IS in the Pinks.

We really should have been playing for free..
