There won't be a reverse split

In the news article, the CEO indicated the name change is not finalized, either. Apparently they have to mail out the name change stuff to shareholders, which they have not done yet.

They also have to file the name change with Nevada.

FINRA still has to review and approve the name change corporate action. Because of the SEC suspension and likely ongoing investigation of the company and the officer/directors, FINRA may not even approve the name change.
