Looks like we got the sub $3 close I was anticipating in my post on Tue 9/23:

Another close under $3 coming soon imo. Then the $2's can get worked on. This stock is very weak until court case bs is over......which will be a very very long time.



Should be low $2's by the end of October provided no good news comes.
