What Snow will never understand

Overt couldn't come up with the money to pay the signature bonus. Everyone knew they didn't have the money. They stood to lose their interest completely and get nothing, zero, zilch nada. They sold with a gun to their head. It was a distress sale. They took what they could get with time running out. They were desperate for a deal. Get it now? My guess is no.
