Epic DD on this board, you guys have seen some nice rewards for your effort! Enjoyed reading back several hundred messages recently, appreciate having this to review. Finally opened a small position this week. If insiders have been purchasing at .50 .60 and higher then I should feel pretty good about it as well. Are insiders forbidden from buying for a certain amount of time prior to Oct. 6 deadline?

I started reading up here due to the deals with another company I own shares of QUES. Did not see the Rampart / Quest announcements mentioned here. May have missed that topic? Quest seems to love that Rampart technology! RONE still has an interest in Rampart correct? For anyone that didn't catch the PR's:
