What % of OTC stocks are outright frauds?

Raystream was a very SLICK but SLOPPY FRAUD that ended up being exposed right away by the techies who knew where to look for clues and evidence.

Roman RUMPF was a very sloppy architect, indeed!

These CROOKS lost millions due to his sloppiness.

Raystream could have run a number of months before the truth came out, but the lawsuit against them was part of their undoing as well.

The way they used CBN as a cover for two months was another example of their despicable tactics.
