cam, I think we should temper the expectations for Monday a bit. We pretty much already know what the Monday PR will say, as we've seen the abstract. In fact, Pierce was quoted as follows in the PR from a couple of weeks ago that said they'd be presenting data:

“The data we are presenting support the ability of intratumoral electroporation of IL-12 to generate not just a local anti-tumor response, but evidence of response in distant lesions,” said Robert H. Pierce, M.D., Chief Medical Officer at OncoSec. “Additionally, pharmacodynamic data from tumor biopsy samples obtained from patients participating in our ongoing Phase 2 melanoma study are consistent with preclinical data in the B16 melanoma mouse model, where we demonstrated that IL-12 is turning on an interferon-gamma-driven signaling cascade, culminating in the accumulation of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, or TILs, which have been shown to correlate with response to anti-PD-1 therapies. Based on this biology, we will be testing the hypothesis that intratumoral electroporation with IL-12 will help convert PD-1 non-responders into responders.”

What else are you guys expecting Monday to tell us other than this Pierce quote? It's going to be some mice data that says there is enough information to support further testing of their hypothesis that they can turn non-responders into responders. That's it.

Let's not get our hopes up that they'll be announcing the cure for cancer on Monday guys, because it isn't happening. I'm not as concerned about the Monday PR as I am the follow up in the coming weeks with subsequent PR's about the other milestones and some articles to get some eyeballs on this stock. I hope Monday is the start of a nice steady stream of information and increasing volume in the coming weeks but I think anyone who is expecting to wake up to an earth shattering PR Monday morning that leads to a massive PPS move is going to be awfully disappointed.
