One thing that no one has mentioned so far is that there is another reason for SGLB submitting the S3.
It could be a precursor to getting a big GE, Honeywell etc, contract. It would have been normal practice for a GE type company to tell SGLB that if you want a multi-million dollar, multi-year contract with us, you must have a method for obtaining a cash flow stream to ramp up the company for meeting our production/service needs in place before we will sign a contract with you.

The next handful of months is going to be unbearably interesting.
