I agree, he is clear to continue to work the public markets to his own benefit. He has no expertise in the mining industry but used an IPO with TRII to raise capital, some of which was to pay his liens levied by against him personally.

I agree that he can continue to use the public platform to promote companies that are not engaged in a trade or business, have not been for at least two years. But, if you still believe know I have 500,000 shares available at $.0075 at E*Trade, they have been sitting there for several weeks now despite various claims made here but parties that will go unnamed that they would load up on shares at that price. The only loading up was the load of cr_p that those statements represented!
