No offense but you are off base on your assumptions. There were over 150k shares for sale at .018 and someone bought 6.5k of them, leaving plenty for sale still. The ask won't go up until all of those shares are sold, and that's not to say more sellers can't join them and post more for sale at .018 or even lower. There's no rule that says once an order goes through the ask automatically moves up. There are always a certain amount of shares available for sale and the market won't move up until those shares are sold. Remember that much of this is retail traders too, so whoever has their shares for sale at .018 will most likely just let them sit there until they are sold. Really not sure why you think a small 6.5k share trade would automatically move everything up.

Fact of the matter is with a wide spread of .013 x .018 it's most liekly that both the bid will need to uptick a little and the ask will need to downtick in order to encourage a market. Most traders aren't going to buy out the ask at .018 if the bid is still only .013, unless they felt certain enough traders would just in after and move the spread up.

Not trying to be a d!ck but your understanding of how the dynamics of this works is off.
