First of all, I do not have an "in" with INTK. All my due diligence is obtained by using "google", following leads and social media sites such as blogs from INTK and their distributors. I do not have any access to any customer lists but instead spend alot of my time researching large investments that I take.
Regarding Eagle, it is my belief that things are going swiftly along for a deal that was recently signed. A lot of the legwork was done initially for Boral but things were taking awhile with them. Eagle is a private company and thus, things move much quicker.
Regarding the audited numbers, it is my belief that they will be coming but for reasons (cash flow???) they were delayed--- maybe awaiting steady cashflow from Eagle.

Again, all the above are my opinions due to research I conduct.
