Cool. So, what's the difference between niocorp ' s "up to" "best effort" placement and what nio-star put out?

Other than their IR announcing it to a shareholder before it was pr'd, and other than theirs including warrants, but the pps for theirs is also not been announced yet?

Did you see the response from our IR that has been stickied?

Thoughts why those other guys think they need 16.5 more for a BFS that was only supposed to be 7.5-10 million?
