perhaps but company put out was it a PR or News or some form indicating they would bring this to .01 wasn't it?
so if your theory is correct they would in deed sell but not until they would get more bang for their buck like .01 per share vs. what they can get at the current lower prices. and with an SMM in place the SMM would make the sell for them at the max price they can sell for their max commission possible as well.
I would think that would be a better move - just my novice opinion of course.
