Certainly Brazil is Deja Vu all over again? After all, it was supposed to have been a "Go" last November!

But, hey, if it worked once, why not do it again?? Sorry, but I'm very skeptical, especially since this was done, again, right before the financials are to be released. Talk about "Perfect timing!"
