it may have spooked the flippers
because in order to take advantage of the press release
you need to understand the story and believe in what INCC is going to accomplish . . .

the press release is about the future
and many people are short sited
so they only want to be in for a week or two at the most

once we see the first 6 months of 2015
and the progress that has been made
these levels will be long gone
