Looks like the company is going to create the product and then sell to retailers/non-profit entities who in turn will get it into the hands of 'consumers'.

Like Coke with the huge upside potential in a new and rapidly growing MJ sector....Orange flaveored soda...yum...with some thc....yeahhh
