I asked him and paid him back in full. Read caf. Trefery is smart atty and never sent me back the contract I sent him. Then he changed terms at the end threatening me with lawsuits cuz I didn't have anything signed nor did he. I don't like Trefery fo9r then going 9on a loying campaign nabout me and Jensen who he introduced me to to begin with. Treffery was running thinking he was possible a SEC target for being Jensen's attorney. He absolutely turned on everyone and told a lot of lies doing so, like I was a tonino accomplice and I never heard of Torino until Tref educated me. I was subpenaed a couple years back, flown to SF and testified under oath and everything was exposed as such!!! Guys what you believe and what you write on message boards is usually 100% bs. The SEC agents know exactly what I have bought and sold...NOT MUCH and yes they laughed hard reading some of those posts at RB GBDX thread and those that they were sent by various willy haters. They even missed my buying GBDX said I was given them and I told them BS and they flopped my records down and I told them to get the rest of them out and read them, they did they missed that stack they said...they were totally embarrassed TOTALLY they looked liked fools..and they ere lol. They thought they trapped lol

About everything Don McCurdy has ever said was and still is lying. McCurdey is about as bad as accadaaaca for lying so put your trust in donny boy. Very stupid to believe a lie from liar.

McCurdy pumped CMKX after revocation and after All Hodges was found wrong by the SEC about including all classes of shares in any fair funds. Treffery and Al both unloaded their deli shares and imo Don McCurdy assisted this despicable pumping to gullible cmkxers in PalTalk.

What is FRAUD!!!???

LOL funngy I have never explain so much in a long time and if you don't like facts the don't ask cuz what I write anywhere is always on record accessible by the SEC. Nothing I write are lies but some just can't understand so they make up lies for me making them the truth.

He thought he was lol. He threatened many that disagreed with him with lawsuits. He even was posting on some weird site I had all these rental properties...shezzzzz I am a guy that lives very frugally now days except my ducks in three stocks. lol Never had a rental don't want to hear renters whining they can't pay rent on time every month lol.

btw Janice bet my posts were interesting reading but you know the story line.

I still have the emails him twisting the loan terms up cuz I pledged my CIM shares and he bought some from one of his cranker pumper friends surfits that needed cash. He decided he didn't want CIM and he said he never agreed to that...lol...I told the SEC Treffery loaned me the money to buy $7k worth of Safepay one of his and jensen's deals. I remember Tref calling me at work pumping SFPS. The rest 5k I used for bills cus I had just left car biz because of my health. I raise the money, about 13k, and paid him off. I am an honest man never owed anyone one cent I didn't pay back. I also don't like being threatened by Tref and now if these lawsuit threats happened we would rumble hard.

Janice did you know Trefery's 100mil Bonified cmkx shares were given to him by Jensen for treffery working for him? Besides the deli shares Tref bought and dumoed he didn't own a single share of cmkx bought out of the real market.

It's funny how the guy turned it all around saying I worked for Jensen and Torino when in fact he did for years. Jensen was his bread and butter now where is Tref financially. Treferrry introduced me to Jensen lol and educated me who Torino was. Heard he was so broke he had to liquidate everything and then he moved to Philippines??? What comes around goes around.

It was funny he said I was paid by UC lol...who was paid by whom? I never heard so many lies in my life that were damaging. Bottom line the SEC knows the truth about everything I knew. I held absolutely nothing back that they asked me., NOTHING It was funny the SEC was forwarded all these gbdx post about me and looked at them as fact and they ended up raising an eyebrow when they actually figured out the twisted storyline and these guiys were really lying. They even had Houser's posts from gbdx saying I worked for Jensen and Tornino. This was funny they acted like I was Jensen shill. Who really wss using Jensen and Torino and got caught doing so so asked for...to turn on others. I laughed until the SEC asked and I told them exactly what took place and how I felt about certain individuals posting at RB. By time I was done, about 5 hours, we covered everything from pcbm, cmkx to gbdx. btw The SEC flew me to SF on their nickle. I think they think they wasted their money and time lol.
