Sounds like to me he suckered someone in on this hair brained idea to help fund his next adventure. We know given the filings they have no money so where did the money come from? How many shares were sold? Even more debt? Suckered past longs making deals? Good lord, they can't seem to pay their bills as it is based on numbers I have seen.

This drama just gets funnier and funnier.
