Personally I don't think it was a scam or a conspiracy. I feel like it is exactly as they said. They weren't allowed the extra 10 billion shares to finance their costs, so they declared bankruptcy. The company will restructure and move forward, and I fear that all of us still holding the bag will lose and not be included.
I am still holding because I still believe in what this company was developing and doing, and I hope that we will be brought along for the restructuring, or a buy out... common sense tells me no, but I hope otherwise.
