Here is what determines this a gamble for me...and for the ones that are buying into this stock because of my recommendation:

We have a deal with cooper. Agreed

What kind if portfolio does this deal contain?

Money?
How many of the product will actually pass through phase 1? We don't know, except for the one in phase 2 with cooper (thus why I'm here).

Market value of this product? We don't know. Contact lenses by themselves will have a huge market in billions but how much of a cut do we get? We don't know

Mems tech....I see the future and am a big fan of it. But show me something!

Financials are not audited as of yet. Correct.

So currently we are working in theory, concept, maybe a prototype but we don't know, and maybe maybe not biased financials.

My list goes on....but I think above is enough to know that this is a gamble and not an investment.
