You want to do some DD on the history of this shell and that of Michael Gelmon and Robert Hipple before you get to excited about $0.0005.

NOHO is No Bid - with a tainted history - this isn't gambling - it is donating money.

If they do use the NOHO shell - they will do a reverse split - a R/S is never good for shareholders.
