Well, may previous statement might look a little naive right about now. Be interesting to see what the SEC comes up with. I guess the increase in a/s and quick attempt at rs does look bad. I'm out almost 8K. Don't believe I have any choice but move on and hope the investment isn't a total loss in the long term. Buyout or whatever.
