Sam: I have explained it several times and frankly I think it is piss!ng people off on this board that I have repeated it.

1 share for every 50 @ 50 cents a share estimated value = 1 cent. So you are getting a dividend worth, at least, initially 1 cent. What will the value be of HISC after the split? I am not sure but I hope it is worth at least 6 cents or we are losing value. I believe in the product but not sure that this deal is so sweet (with the info provided by this PR). The market is agreeing with me.
