I think the PR was pretty good! BBRD/SDE are not able to say anything during this quiet period, but the WERPO subsidiary is able to talk.

The PR lets investors know that there's definitely something good behind the curtains. The PR starts getting the foundation built. Before yesterday we had no idea if there were still projects going on because most of the SDE articles were around 2012 and before.

My guess is that they have a lot more PR power. This was just the start of it to let everyone know that they still have contracts/projects in play.

Also a decent amount of this PR had previously known information in it. We just didn't know if those previous projects/contracts were still existing, but now we do.
