It doesn't take an expert to speculate that if a stock magically increases in value by 600% three weeks before filing bankruptcy, then perhaps a well-executed pump-and-dump scam occurred.

I'm not stating this as fact, merely an observation. I have no proof, nor do I need to provide any, per the posted board warning.
