VELA seems to be trading massive dilution as "bait and switch,"
It was sold 100, 400, 10,000 shares etc.. It seems to be a bait to sell. VELA Share Holders were massive losers in this case.
it was keep dumping for 6 months. Someone bought massive low price and pushing up next on, but vela may be a positive profitable company for expending 4g wireless cell phone market Hong kong China, Marcuo and Singapore. It may be Huge within next few years
