I just don't understand how we did not get a distribution after reading the POR over and over. It doesn't make sense to me.

The simple fact is that other groups have attorneys fighting on behalf of their claims, showing up to court dates, and we do not. Once you understand this it will make sense to you. The squeaky wheel get greased.

I have proposed several times and this board that we retain legal council and sign a group petition to be delivered the court on our behalf but I am continually shot down. Will others start listening, or will the money completely dry up first. That is my question.
