To avoid continued dilution then, NBRI would have to make enough profit to pay off the financiers in addition to paying for mining cost.

If Mr. Leopold would consider selling NBRI properties that could be enough revenue to pay off the financiers. The only was to nip dilution in the bud is to pay them folks back asap. IMO Get the monkey off shareholders backs also.
