VELA IS 3.07B shares outstanding!, in this week, over one billion shares were traded at .0001 It was traded 2B shares for months.
VELA is NO BAD NEWS NOW.

They are contracted with CTRIP, Japan Brodband, Tawain Roming, USA and Starhub. It was expending China, Taiwan, Japan, MACAU Singpore, Europe, ASIA and USA. it is still working with others. It seems doing well business.
