Florida SOS posted yesterday that an amendment was filed September 15th but basically sat in their office until then. Now waiting for the document to be uploaded.

"Thank you for your reply. When we replied yesterday, your Amendment had not yet been processed. Mailed filings are given the filing date of the day they reached our building. This Amendment was given the filing date of 09/15, but it was actually processed today. A copy of the confirmation letter about it is copied below.
