Many here simply choose to overlook the implications of the dangerously low amount of cash on the erhc balance sheet and the negative nature of the convertible notes being used to raise capital. Even an announcement of drilling will do little to break out of this .03 - .12 range until the actual drilling date is much closer. 1 well to be drilled a year from now simply means dead money for the next 6 - 12 months imo. Hopefully dilution will continue to be limited until then.
