Please stop with these ludicrous claims that scare people. At one time you were a person of some credibility, but in the past couple months have lost that, IMO. If Ken said something like this, I wouldn't even waste the 10 calories of energy to respond.

First, the 10K is fact as of December 31, 2000. Get your facts straight before blowing your horn in alarm.

Second, the current 10Q actually explains where the new shares in 2001 were distributed.

For the sake of all of us, PLEASE stop judging the book by its cover, GET THE FACTS MAN.
