VIRGINIA BEACH, VA--(Marketwired - Sep 25, 2014) - BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFNH), announces that it acquired two private companies involved in kale agriculture and distribution.

On September 19, 2014, Kali-Kale Imports, Inc. and Kale Cultrivo,S.A-Mexico became 100% owned subsidiaries of BFNH. Kali-Kale Imports, Inc. provides importation and distribution of kale and Kale Cutrivo, S.A grows kale for consumption.

Kale has become known as a super vegetable with extreme nutritional values; very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, and rich in calcium, and a source of two carotenoids- lutein and zeaxanthin. Kale, as with broccoli, contains sulforaphane, a chemical with potent anti-cancer properties.

Management at BFNH believes these acquisitions should add to the Company's current business model which focuses on products to enhance individuals' nutritional well-being.
