Well yes most everyone here seems to be feeling pretty positive. But I can't imagine that the SEC suspends trading without having compelling reasons. I guess all I am saying is that I would be more sceptical and looking into ways to recoup at least some of the funds I might have possibly been defrauded of, unless I had thrown money at this thinking that it was a complete gamble and that I would not be concerned with a loss. Maybe if pink sheet companies suffered more when they were dishonest the practice would abate somewhat. And from what I have seen you cannot rely on the regulatory agencies to dispense punishment effectively. Just as it takes class action lawsuits to bring the pharmaceutical industry inline at times not the FDA or the tobacco companies and their abusive tactics that only get cleaned up somewhat when they are hit hard in the pocketbook by huge settlements in the courts. JMO of course.
