I'm would speculate EPGL has not thrown everything out in the open as of yet due to just signing the deal with cooper.
Patent trolls push and prod for everyone else to prove or get something so it can be taken altered slightly then patented. Then the original inventor gets a lawsuit for infringing.
So as it stands NO ONE on this board has to prove shinola.
The ones with faith in the DD will benefit, the ones without will not. If the other way around so be it. Everyone here is an adult, or should be able to responsible for their own decision.
