I wouldnt even be on this board if I did not think this was not worth looking at it

of course there is risk,
we are in the stock market,
there is risk everywhere,
there are no guarantees

but BOTTOM LINE is,
after I have done my homework,
INCC deserves a piece of my portfolio,
that is a calculated RISK that I am definitely willing to take!!!

I certainly would not want to wait until AFTER they announce the license,
who wants to buy AFTER THEY ANNOUNCE the license, raise your hands please?

I want to buy a stock BEFORE it gets a license

that is when real wealth can be made
