OT-I'm glad to hear that...

...then surely your ancestors were aware of the necessity to move their families to a new country(the US) in order to improve their state of living, even though they likely would have preferred to stay in their native land if the hardships did not exist there, and perhaps the difficulties that brought your ancestors to this country could help you to be able to empathize with the immigrants who leave the country of their birth, (which they likely love) in order to provide a better life for their families, regardless of the difficulties, and laws they must break in order to make that happen. Sometimes (and most times I'd argue), the well being of one's family is the most important thing, and people will do whatever it takes(even break the law), to ensure the well being of their family. I personally, do not see this "law breaking" in the same light as "drug dealers, murderers, and shop lifters", and I would hope that this great Lord with his enduring mercy that you speak of in each of your posts, would also empathize with people trying to improve the livelihoods of their families, and would not pass judgement on them based on "man made laws" which prevent them from living up to the highest possibilities that have been afforded their other fellow humans.

Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles, it empties today of it's strength.
