Someone needs to take the lens cap off the camera to get a clear picture of what is going on with Baltia. I just read that a NEW Airline, Western Global Airlines albeit a cargo airline flying with MD-11's was certified under the new regulations. This company started the process only one and half years ago and in August they get their certificate...Orange Air in Orlando is another example PAX charter airline about the same length of time and they fly MD-80's. Baltia has been in Phase 2 for the last year and a half...not including the time it took just to get in and out of phase 1...at this rate it could be another year to get certified, if at all.

Something is holding this company back...either its financial, management or both. GLTA

Please do not delete...these are statements of fact.
