That's not the problem. The problem is that Andy indicated that he would have that JV deal done and it wasn't. Same for the 30mil. deal that is supposed to be signed before the third quarter ends. If the deal isn't done, the pps will take a hit, just like when the Hyundai deal failed to materialize on time.

I seen it so many times, CEO promises or indicates that something big will happen and then nothing, or in the Hyundai case, punted further in the future, if at all.
