The company placed a job posting for an IOS developer about a week ago. I've placed a few things of interest in bold.....

Lead IOS Developer

The Lead IOS Developer will take charge of Redify's existing app codebase and be responsible for organizing and leading development of our next-generation personal sports broadcasting products. You will report directly to the CEO.

We are currently focusing on the amateur sports market, but we also have our roots in financial technology.

You must be highly motivated and a self-starter, able to work on multiple projects and deliver exceptional code and documentation in a timely fashion.

You must have experience in a start-up environment and be a very good communicator of the good, the bad, and the ugly. We call it like we see it, so we expect you to do the same.

You should be passionate about the creation of new tools to help everyday people make their lives simpler and more efficient. If you like bringing efficiency to inefficient markets and processes, this is the place!

OK, technical "chops":
•Expert using XCode
•Experience architecting, building, deploying IOS apps
•Familiar with the Apple AppStore submission process
•Familiar with Git or Subversion or similar toolsets
•You should have experience with PHP, MySQL, and Linux; specifically how they intertwine with IOS data-driven apps
•Experience with mobile video on IOS is a huge plus, as is creation of back-end storage environments for video/photos

Compensation is competitive with the ability to earn a significant equity stake in this publicly traded company.
